Exotic animals and locations, combined with a strategy game and collector cards, are what make the the award-winning Xeko Eco game series a hit with children of all ages. The younger ones enjoy the detailed collector cards, Eco Pals and storage bins and the older children enjoy trading and collecting to enhance their strategies for beating their opponent. This entire series offers classic, educational fun at a time when technology and licensed products seem to be overwhelming the children's product industry.
Xeko boxes for Madagascar, CR and Indonesia
Currently, the Xeko Game series consists of three starter sets with trading cards for each. The first game in the series, Madagascar, features exotic habitats and animals exclusive to the island. Many of the animals are near extinction as their habitats are being destroyed. "Hairy" the hairy-eared dwarf lemur, comes from Madagascar and is the only eco-pal available to date. He is very rare and possessing one of his trading cards will make you the envy of all Xeko collectors.

All sets have their own trading card series. You may purchase a 9 card pack and each pack is guaranteed to contain one endangered card. The packs are randomly generated from a total 150 cards per set or game. As you purchase packs you will accumulate some redundancies which will make trading much more fun. The trading cards consist of local animals, resources and habitats for each region. All cards may be played with any game and the more cards you have the better your chances of winning.

Xeko is not an "easy" game to play. You have to read the instructions and go through a few test runs. We could go into great detail about how to play the game but we feel that takes away from the allure of the whole series. Our testers found the game to be fun and engaging and the process did seem to heighten their awareness regarding the fragility of the region.
The xeko series will continue to add more starter sets featuring endangered regions with complimentary collector packs. The Xeko Eco Pal plush friends have been slow going but the plan is to add more animals for each region. The production of "Hairy" is currently on hold for an undetermined length of time. Hopefully the plush series will continue to expand as the popularity has been overwhelming.
This series was our most popular 2006 holiday seller as it appeals to our innate love of nature and adventure. Consider purchasing Xeko products ASAP as Madagascar has already been retired and the Eco Pal has limited production and will sell out quickly. The Xeko Game series is a great product for ages 8 to adult. Younger children ages 3 to 7 may enjoy the eco pals and cards. Everyone can get something out of it and our planet benefits from our knowledge gained and the corporate donations from wholesale purchases.
